It’s the Great Pumpkin, Preschoolers!

I love decorating for the holidays.  And since I don’t have my own house, I might get a little carried away with my own classroom!

The oh-so-cute cats, candy corn and jack-o-lanterns hanging from the ceiling were an idea I saw on One Pretty Thing.  A lady made these with her kids and I just HAD to make them with mine. (ikat bag)

An easy way to decorate the room is to hang up pictures the kids have painted about the theme.

I love my classroom…so cozy…

  1. Lyndsay - oh what fun to get invited to come visit! I love what you did with our garland idea - hanging decor is so great! And you linked just perfectly. I hope you enjoy blogging - it can get so horribly time-consuming but it feels nice sharing stuff with other people to try out. I miss living with mum and dad. When I was a teacher (high school) long ago before I got married and had kids, I lived at home with mum and dad too and I so enjoyed coming home after a day at school and telling them all about the funny students. I love your classroom - I've never had my own, so I'm jealous! (I had a desk in the teacher's staff room, though. Not the same. Entire classrooms are way better!) Oops, sorry this comment turned out so longwinded.
